The Library of Congress website now hosts a podcast series of authors reading from their own works. Newly appointed poet laureate Charles Simic reads from his new book of poems.
The reading series is a part of the National Book Festival 2007. Another great feature of the National Book Festival is the Young Readers’ Toolkit. Young readers are encouraged to host their own local book festival within their communities. Not a bad idea.
